Restful slow flow yoga, hopeful ideas that spark curiosity, togetherness.
With my immersive, creative yoga events, such as the Embodied Book Club, I’m curating restful spaces for the body, and inspiring philosophical ideas for the mind.
I’m hoping to offer support in better navigating the anxieties of modern-day living, while also feeling less lonely and more connected.
Hi there, I’m Laura, mindfulness & yoga instructor
As a yoga instructor, I strive to provide a non-dogmatic yoga experience for my students, which is framed by inclusivity, joy and calm.
I’m especially passionate about teaching yoga to beginners and making the practice accessible to everyone, focusing on mindful movement and nervous system regulation.
My approach & qualifications
I believe that yoga and mindfulness can support us in staying connected, maintaining our emotional and physical wellbeing and making the space we need to process and ground ourselves in a world that is changing faster than ever before.
For me, yoga is not about being able to touch your toes (even though it certainly is a wonderful side effect). For me, yoga is an experience. An experience that doesn’t start and end with the time you spend on your mat, but that has the power to positively affect your daily life, by cultivating resilience and coping-mechanisms for stress.
I trained with Yogacampus in London and have successfully graduated from their 18-month long yoga teacher diploma course (200 hours IYN certified), and have now been teaching consistently since five years.
Yogacampus is one of the UK’s leading yoga educators renowned for its non-dogmatic, in-depth, inclusive and academic training. The approximately 360 contact hours were taught by a range of leading UK based teachers and overseen by an experienced board of trainers.
