This 1h slow-flow yoga class is a great class to unwind at the end of the day. Slow-flow yoga is suitable for all experience levels. Flowing through yoga poses and sequences at a gentle pace allows for greater focus on breath, alignment and mindfulness. Yet, even though they are slower and quieter than typical Vinyasa classes, slow-flow classes can still be strong and challenging.

My slow-flow classes include some breath work, philosophy and usually a deep relaxation at the end of class.

Sunday is the perfect day to refuel your soul and be grateful for each and everyone of your blessings.

Join me for my 1h Sunday cozy yoga flow, to end the week with intention and get a fresh boost of energy for the new week ahead. You can expect a calming slow flow class with some yin elements. Make sure to have a blanket and a pillow next to your mat.

The class is suited for all levels and will include some breath work, philosophy and a deep relaxation at the end.

My virtual live classes are hosted via Zoom, an online video meeting tool. You can join in per laptop/PC (recommended), tablet or phone.

Step 1: Pay-what-you-can

My classes are held on a pay-what you can basis, to keep them as accessible as possible during this challenging time. You can choose to pay £3.00, £5.00, £8.00 or £10.00. If you’re going through a tough time financially and can’t pay anything right now, don’t worry, I’d still love to have you in class. If you can pay a bit more, you can subsidise people who cannot afford to pay much (or anything) at the moment. You can pay online via card payment or paypal - super easy and convenient.

Step 3: Receive link to join and…let’s flow!

After your registration, you’ll get a welcome email with the link to join the class and further instructions and tips for your setup at home.

Make sure you have downloaded the Zoom app on your device (I recommend to use a laptop or tablet - the bigger the screen, the better). Join the class 5-10 minutes early by clicking on the link you have received in your registration email.

From there on you can switch off and enjoy your yoga class with me :).
